Ingredients

  • 4  (6 ounce)  tilapia fillets
  • 2 tbsp  lemon zest
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2  cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 ½  teaspoons  coarsely ground black peppercorns
  • ½  teaspoon salt
  • 1  pinch paprika, or to taste
  • cooking spray
  • 1  sprig parsley, chopped, or more to taste
  • 4  wedges   lemon

Instructions

  • Step 1
Preheat the air fryer to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C) for 3 minutes.
  • Step 2
Meanwhile, rinse tilapia fillets and pat dry with a paper towel.
  • Step 3
Combine as one lemon zing, olive oil, garlic, pepper, and salt in a little bowl until very much joined. Rub over highest points of filets, then, at that point, sprinkle daintily with paprika. Gently cover the air fryer crate with cooking splash. Organize filets uniformly in the crate, zest side up. Try not to swarm; if necessary, cook in clumps.
  • Step 4
Cook in the preheated air fryer until fish pieces effectively with a fork, 7 to 10 minutes. Eliminate filets to a plate and embellishment with parsley. Present with lemon wedges.
