    Ingredients
      

    • 2  eggs
    • 2 tbsp lemon juice
    • 10 tbsp Italian-seasoned bread crumbs
    • 3 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
    • 3  (5 ounce) cans tuna, drained
    • 3 tbsp  diced onion
    • 1 pinch   ground black pepper
    • 3 tbsp vegetable oil

    Instructions
     

    • Step 1
      Beat eggs and lemon juice in a bowl; mix in bread pieces and Parmesan cheddar to make a glue. Crease in fish and onion until very much consolidated; season with dark pepper.
    • Step 2
      Use your hands to shape tuna mixture into 8 (1-inch-thick) patties.
    • Step 3
      Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium intensity. Broil patties in the hot oil until brilliant brown, around 5 minutes for every side.
