Ingredients
  

  • 2 rainbow  trout fillets
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2  teaspoons garlic salt
  • 1  teaspoon  ground black pepper
  • 2  sheets   heavy-duty aluminum foil
  • 1  fresh jalapeno pepper, sliced
  • 1  lemon  sliced

Instructions
 

  • Step 1
    Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
  • Step 2
    Flush and wipe filets off. Rub filets with olive oil, and season with garlic salt and dark pepper. Put each filet on an enormous sheet of aluminum foil. Top with jalapeno cuts, and crush the juice from the closures of the lemon over filets. Organize remaining lemon cuts on top of filets.
  • Step 3
    Cautiously seal all edges of the foil to shape encased bundles. Put parcels on a baking sheet.
  • Step 4
